Founded in May 2009 by senior banking executive, Jaime F. Panganiban, Lake Shore CCY provides market leading foreign currency exchange services for corporate clients. LS has a dedicated and experienced team of foreign exchange traders and operations specialists. We provide cost-effective, accurate and professional services with timely financial market information, trends and foreign currency quotes.

Under the strict supervision of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and Anti-Money Laundering Council, LSCI is fully committed and compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering Council rules and related regulations.

Jaime F. Panganiban

Founder/Chairman and CEO

Jaime F. Panganiban is an accomplished senior bank executive with widely recognized expertise in the treasury, capital markets, investment banking, trust, wealth and risk management built upon a foundation of exposures and postings in the Asia Pacific region.

He is currently the principal, Chairman and CEO of Lake Shore CCY Incorporated, principal and President of JFP Assets Corporation, a real estate holdings company and principal and Chairman of iAsiaCloud Inc. a Cyber Security services provider.

In 2005 he served as the Advisor and Chief Financial Officer of Development Bank of the Philippines and undertook the take over and rehabilitation of Al-Amanah Islamic Investment Bank of the Philippines. And eventually became the Chairman and CEO of Al-Amanah Islamic Bank in 2008.

Early in his career, he was the Treasury Head of Deutsche Bank Offshore Banking Unit in the Philippines, then became the Deputy Head of Regional Treasury Deutsche Bank Hong Kong in mid-‘80s. He was the Assistant General Manager of International Banking and Treasurer of Dao Heng Bank in Hong Kong. Three years after, he became the Country Treasurer of Deutsche Bank in Jakarta in the early 90s. He returned to Manila and moved to Bank of America Manila Branch in 1994 as Managing Director and Country Treasurer of its Global Markets Group (GMG). He was sponsored by the World Bank and USAID to become an advisor to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in 2000. For four years, he was the Executive Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation. During this time, he served as concurrent Chairman of the Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines.

Mr. Panganiban completed his Advanced Management Program(AMP) at the Templeton College, University of Oxford, United Kingdom, and Financial Asset Management and Engineering at the FAME, University of Lausanne, Switzerland.

He completed his BSC, Accounting at the Ateneo de Zamboanga and took MBA units at the Ateneo de Manila.

Richard Francis E. Panganiban

Executive Director and Head of Operations

Co-Managing the business is Richard Francis E. Panganiban a technology-savvy corporate entrepreneur with 16 years of experience in finance, real estate and telecommunications across a broad range of functions.

He is currently the principal, Executive Director and Head of Operations at Lake Shore CCY Incorporated, principal, Director and Head of Operations at JFP Assets Corporation a real estate holdings company and principal and Director at iAsiaCloud, Inc. a Cyber Security services provider.

His career started in real estate acquisitions and leasing at JFP Assets Corporation moving into telecommunications at Biometrix Philippines Corporation providing wireless broadband access services and heading Business Development at ComPoint Networks, Inc.

Richard Francis was educated in Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines and the United Kingdom providing him with a unique perspective on global practices.
